This hours flow yoga includes the technique and build up poses towards some of the more tricky poses of Wheel, Crow, Headstand and splits! dont worry there's plenty of waming up and build up poses for those who aren't ready yet. followed by a wonderful deep relaxing yoga Nidra

An hour of flow yoga with peak pose Mayurasana (peacock pose) a challenging arm balance - you don't need to do it but enjoy the class of wrist, shoulder and core strengthening to maybe get there!

In this hour class we focus on the deep back and core muscles that support us in our yoga practice and through life. Join Lisa to learn more and truly connect to this area with some powerful poses and exercises to get a strong core!
