Live classes and anytime re-streams are £8 or included in Monthly Membership for just £39 pm

Workshops are additional payment  

All classes can be done live face to face, live online by zoom or rented to re-streamed anytime - just choose the appropriate ticket option.

Flow Yoga

An more energetic class linking movement to the breath in a flowing series of ‘asanas’ or postures designed to unify breathing and movement. By creating heat and energy flow through the body, this style of yoga increases suppleness and awareness while also building strength and lightness of movement as well as relaxing the mind and the nervous system.  Modifications given to make this accessible to different levels

Stretch, Relax & Restore

A slow restorative, stretchy and opening  class for those who like their yoga a little more mellow... a combination of restorative, yin and classic hatha yoga poses and stretches. Great for those with injuries or older people or those who just like it more relaxed..

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a very relaxed, very restorative type of yoga. We hold floor based poses for around 5 minutes in a supported and relaxed way using bolsters, pillows, blankets and blocks.  Its extremely relaxing and mediative so helps us slow down. It works on the body using the chinese meridian system so certain poses help certain areas of the body.  It's great for the mind, but also great for the body as it targets fascia and joint health and helps improve flexibility.

Yoga Shred/HITT

A dynamic Yoga Shred® fusion of HIIT moves done with mindful alignment, combined with your favourite deep Yoga stretches class that will tone, strengthen and fire up your metabolism. Not suitable if you have mobility issues.

Pilates 

Pilates is a full body workout which concentrates on strengthening deep skeletal muscles with a particular focus on core stability and strength.

  

Pilates will improve your posture, strength, flexibility, balance and body awarness.

Movement is controlled, centered, precise, with flow and lateral breathing. 

Tricky Poses Club

90 minutes monthly class of drills, technique work and exercises to get you closer to those tricky poses! Ongoing support through Facebook group including homework! Not for beginners but no need to be close to the poses yet as the classes will be about the steps you need to take. Think handstand, headstand, arm balances, wheel, splits... etc

Zoom Instructions

  • Download https://zoom.us/signup or get the APP for free

  • There is a slightly different set-up depending what device you are on so do a test run before the first session and get set up and make sure you log in to class with plenty of time to get settled, deal with any IT issues and chill...

  • Upon booking a live stream class there will be a zoom link to use. Recordings of classes are on the Re-streams page 

  • Its optional to have your camera on or off

  • You can stream to a TV/phone/ipad, a good wifi or 4g signal is needed. - the bigger the picture the better but not necesssary

  • I won't play music as it interferes, so feel free to choose a nice chilled number your end
