Core Pilates - the 100! (60 mins)
24/9/21 The Hundred is a familiar Pilates exercise which focuses on the strength of your TVA and rectus abdominals, pelvic floor, quadriceps, glutes and deltoids. The exercise can be broken down and made suitable for everyone regardless of fitness level but is also used by top athletes. After some simple mobility moves we will focus on all aspects of this exercise so you become fully aware of which version is for you.
