Student Love

If you’re into yoga, mindfulness and love to have a good laugh with fabulous company then you will absolutely adore Lisa’s retreats.

They’re a real treat!

Last weekend, I went to the Cotswolds where I experienced everything I expected and a whole load more too. I have practised yoga on and off for about 10 years now but have always steered clear of the slower classes as I thought they weren’t for me. It turns out I loved them just as much as the more energising forms of yoga which just shows that you never know until you try!

Lisa’s knowledge and understanding of yoga is very evident during every class. She clearly lives and breathes it - most definitely a lifestyle and a mindset rather than ‘exercise’. She is quite simply awe-inspiring.

Then there were the workshops. Where to begin with those? I can’t remember having as much fun in a long time as I did in the partner workshop - it was such a laugh! As for the Thai massage! Well that was awesome too. I just didn’t think that it was a skill that could be so easily shared. Apparently it is though!

On top of all this, there was a gong bath (incredible), amazing nutritious vegan food (and loads of it), wonderful company (friends old and new), a massage that was second to none and all of this set in the most magnificent location in the Cotswolds.

My sister-in-law and I had a very special weekend and we loved it so much that we’ve booked onto the next retreat in Wales. Can’t wait!

Thanks Lisa for a transformational weekend. Helen
