I am thrilled that my daughter encouraged

me to join Sole 2 Soul Yoga with Lisa.

At 68 years of age, I not only have a more supple body but I can now also find peace of mind through the breathing exercises she has taught me. The variety of classes offers something for everyone and the streaming is great. I so look forward to and enjoy joining Lisa and my daughter (online class) every Friday morning, then I restream over the weekend to suit me.

Thank you so much Lisa, I can’t imagine Fridays without you.

Love yoga with Lisa at Soul2sole.

Very professional, really welcoming and a great atmosphere for the mind body and spirit. Lisa is very knowledgeable and connects with everyone, she makes it a really valuable and personal experience.

Thank you.

I attend Lisa's yoga classes when I can and it has helped massively with my flexibility and movement and I love it.

I also had a Thai massage for the first time last week and again loved it would definitely recommend it. It's like a workout for Lisa but quite relaxing for the client but fascinating what she can get your body to do.

Lisa is very knowledgeable about what she does . You receive a warm welcome and she helps you out loads. The benefits of yoga are paying off massively in this calm and welcoming environment.

Lisa's yoga classes are a highlight of my week.

She makes it so much fun that I always come away buzzing. I'm very much enjoying the flexibility of monthly membership, because I can dip into whichever style of class I want, whether I join live or use a recording.

If you're on the fence about whether to do this or not I would urge you to get in touch with Lisa. I genuinely never expected how

transformational  my yoga 'journey'

would be.

Lisa "adapts" her yoga to the individual. You don't have to be flexible just willing to try in small steps. If you want to be more adventurous you are given instruction that is suited to your ability or potential.

From my first 1:1 session as a complete beginner with a slightly dodgy back, to the most amazingly relaxing Sunday afternoons, and now a weekend retreat in Oxfordshire, I would recommend Lisa to anyone who is looking for warm, open, accessible and challenging yoga practice.

Lisa has given me enough confidence to know that I don’t need to be confident in order to have a go at whatever is happening in a session, and enough knowledge to know that I don’t need to know it all in order to enjoy it.

This weekend I have done more, challenged myself more, and been more relaxed and in tune with my self than I can remember. Thank you until the next time.

Wonderful class, lovely calming environment, fantastic intro to yoga postures, techniques and the philosophy.

Lisa is a very kind yogi and made the class fun, with free teas and yummy vegan bites! Namaste x

I've been attending Lisa's yoga classes twice weekly at the Whitacre studio. I'd been wanting to get back to a regular yoga practise after years of intermittent effort and am so glad that I was persuaded to go by my (now new) sister in law.

Lisa's classes are brilliant - she is always full of fun, makes us laugh, and mixes the classes up each week so that it never feels routine. Lisa is very knowledgeable and professional and regardless of ability makes you feel welcome from the moment you enter the studio.

Yoga has made a huge difference not only to my physical fitness but more importantly my mental health.

It's testament to Lisa that I travel from Bromsgrove to Coleshill twice a week without hesitation and would do more if possible.

Thank you Lisa, you are an inspiration and I cant recommend your classes enough.
For anyone in doubt or needing that extra little push... just do it! You won't look back
