Booking Instructions and policies 

Your bookings & ZOOM

You will find the individual ZOOM LINKS to your bookings in the confirmation and reminder emails.  Make sure you sign up/download zoom in advance and test the link from your booking -  it seems different phones, operating systems and formats act differently so just ironing out issues advance! 

Make sure to change your ZOOM settings to 'sign in automatically' and save your zoom password. Sometimes even deleting the app and re-installing it seems to get it to work...weird!!

The zoom link is also in the 'my bookings' section of the website and APP (see below).  ** Passcode is always - yoga 

** Note - Angela, Laura & AudraJean Zoom links can be found here as they are external teachers. 


  • Log in (top right hand corner) and click drop down. 

  • Click ‘My Bookings’ 

  • Click on individual class for the ZOOM LINK (password always - yoga) 

  • See history of classes (and re-book) from here

  • You can see subscriptions, notifications and settings and even add a picture here

Live online or In person sessions 


  • All live real time classes and workshops (whether online or in person) are now booked on the ‘book online’ page.

  • Only one session at a time can be purchased (multiple sessions can't be added to the 'cart') but I'm hoping this will change soon

  • If you can’t make the time of the class (and know it in advance) you can use the 'rent a re-stream' option for any of my library of sessions 

  • If you book a live stream online class but  miss or can't make the session, contact Lisa and she will send you the recording

  • If you book a face to face session but can’t make the session you can join online instead (the zoom link is included in your booking email). Alternatively, contact Lisa who can send you the recording in lieu.

  • Sessions cannot be refunded or transferred apart from exceptional circumstances. 

Re-stream online sessions


  • Recordings of sessions can be rented anytime at the ‘re-streams to rent’ section of the Sole 2 Soul TV pages and are available to complete for 72 hours from purchase. 

  • All sessions are downloaded and added to the library shortly after they finish and the most recent ones are on the front page. 

  • There is a drop down search option to find the style of session and you can even search for the type of class you'd like (e.g more relaxed class, flow yoga, hips, core, short sessions)

  • Once purchased, no refunds are possible for rental classes apart in exceptional circumstances. 

Monthly Membership

For one payment of £39 per month you get a access to 


  • ALL live online classes

  • ALL re-stream anytime library of classes 

  • Up to 2 in person classes (per week)

  • Access immediately from the day you sign up (monthly membership page) 

  • Access to the 3 month Transformational programme for an additional £40 


Booking is required for all live classes (as above) and cancellation is permitted at any time with 1 months notice.

Retreats, Programmes, Packages


  • Booking is through the ‘book online’ page. Where there is an option to pay in instalments or a deposit, this will be specified 

  • Full payment is usually due (and therefore not refundable) 60 days before any retreat. Before that refunds can be made less the deposit at any time.  Lisa is happy for you to fill your space  (transferring the place) if you are able to but please contact her to discuss and advise. She may have a waiting list for the retreat or programme so as much notice as needed. You are encouraged to take out travel insurance for retreats in particular

  • No refunds or transfers are possible for programmes or packages unless there are exceptional circumstances and with prior agreement of Lisa. Contact her to discuss. 


Thai Massages and Personal Sessions


  • Booking and payment for Thai Massages and personal sessions is through the ‘book online’ page. To book online you will need to choose a time or date so please message Lisa to agree this either in advance or after booking (we can move the time to suit)

  • 48 hours notice of re-scheduling a massage or personal session is needed.
