Booking Instructions and policies 

You will find the individual ZOOM LINKS to your bookings in the confirmation and reminder emails.  

The zoom link is also in the 'my bookings' section of the website and APP (see below).  ** Passcode is always - yoga 

You can cancel classes on the my bookings page also 

I'm  always happy to help out if you're having money worries, so please let me know. No obligation I really don't want finance to be a barrier 

Live online or In person sessions 

  • Only one session at a time can be purchased (multiple sessions can't be added to the 'cart') but I'm hoping this will change soon

  • FREE TRIAL CLASSES only one per person and non attendance will result in loss of that free class unless previously agreed with Lisa

  • If you book a live stream online class but  miss or can't make the session, contact Lisa and she will send you the recording or there are plenty in the members library

  • If you book a face to face session but can’t make the session you can join online instead but you must book the online ticket to get the zoom code

  • Sessions cannot be refunded or transferred to another class apart from exceptional circumstances (but you can gift or fill your space) 

  • YOU MUST CANCEL any classes (especially in person studio classes) as soon as possible as classes are often full and this frees a space. Failure to turn up or cancel will be followed up

  • RENTING RE-STREAM CLASSES. Once purchased, no refunds are possible for rental classes apart in exceptional circumstances. 

  • MONTHLY MEMBERS - One month minimum notice for cancellation required 









Retreats, Programmes, Packages


  • Where there is an option to pay in instalments or a deposit, this will be specified 

  • Full payment is usually due (and therefore not refundable) 60 days before any retreat. Before that refunds can be made less the deposit at any time.  Lisa is happy for you to fill your space  (transferring the place) if you are able to but please contact her to discuss and advise. She may have a waiting list for the retreat or programme so as much notice as needed. You are encouraged to take out travel insurance for retreats in particular

  • No refunds or transfers are possible for programmes or packages unless there are exceptional circumstances and with prior agreement of Lisa.
