Ride the storms with yoga (30 mins)
This session contains 20 minutes of movement, stretches, breath work and short mindful meditation. Learn how yoga helps us to ride the storms. We are the stillness beneath the waves and breeze but the desires, emotions and thoughts create turbulence to a greater or lesser extent. The tools we harness in yoga help us build a sturdy boat and deep roots to flow through storms when they come .
