3 month Transformational Yoga Programme

This programme includes

** A structured approach to transformation and well-being including short daily activities to help you build awareness, set and achieve goals, build healthy habits for body and mind and keep you motivated

** unlimited access to all members classes and recordings (full membership for 3 months)

** 2 online yoga themed to the course classes per week (live stream and /or re-stream these classes anytime to suit)

** Access to private Facebook group/community where we will all share progress, give support, encouragement and advice from the group and Lisa

** Additional content e.g. meditations, philosophy talks, inspiring daily/weekly challenges 

** Additional by request content/tutorials on poses, meditation etc 

The live (or re-stream) themed yoga classes are 

** 6.30pm Tuesday (stretch relax restore)

** 9.30am Saturday (slow Flow Yoga) 

Course spaces are limited for plenty of support. I really want you to get the most out of it and this will require some dedicated focus - but don’t worry it won’t be burdensome.. you’ll enjoy the ride… I promise! I’ll also be checking in with you regularly to make sure you’re completing the sessions and help support you with any challenges you’re facing. 

You will be given access to a private section of the webpages and Facebook support group. Lisa will contact you before the course start date with full instructions and zoom links .
