About the Event
An opportunity to practice yoga together and meet up, whilst raising money for charity.
** 3pm-5pm all level candlelit yoga session including breath-work and a long relaxation
** 5-7pm (latest) - food, drink and cake with your fellow yogis.
This event is in person at Shustoke Hall, but you can join us via zoom link for the yoga session only if you cant make it in person.
The chosen charity this year is SALVE (support & love via Education) - a wonderful and much needed project working to get children and young people off the streets of Uganda. I hope to volunteer some online meditation and yoga sessions to their children too as know they would really benefit
