Yoga at the Croft

A day of yoga and feeling good on the Croft, Coleshill (this is part of the Elysium Craft Fair taking part that day with a range of stalls, food, music  and activities)

Sole 2 Soul Yoga will have its own section where we will bring to you a full schedule of taster sessions with a range of fantastic teachers. There will be a kids corner for yoga and mindfulness and advice, sound healing and a general feel good vibe!

There will be food stalls (vegan and non vegan) and other stalls and therapies at the event too so come along and spend an hour or a whole day!
