20 minute chair yoga session ideal for those with less mobility or just a different way to stretch when you don't want to leave the chair!

Join Lisa to explore this powerful backbend - full wheel or Urdvha Danurasana using props to help you access it. Have you tried this powerful pose but your shoulders or wrists stop you pushing up fully? By using two yoga blocks against a wall , this takes some of the angle out of the wrists and helps open the shoulders and chest more. This pose may not be suitable for all - so do take it easy if you have injuries or limitations.

4 of my favourite long held yin yoga poses. Childs pose, supported bridge, forward fold and reclined cobbler. Grab a block and bolster (make one if you don't have one or grab some cushions) and enjoy!
