In person is at the Yoga Shack, B46 unless agreed. Lisa will contact you to arrange a mutually agreed time and date - hit the chat button on the website or email/text call me . 24 hour notice of date change needed

Cancellation Policy

Personal Sessions are transferable up to 24 hours before . After that time full payment is due unless expressly agreed with Lisa in exceptional circumstances
