Session Description

A 15mins breath work session with Amanda to simply 'just breathe' together. This will be both relaxing an educational to build knowledge and a regular breathing practice. Please note: This 15mins session leads directly into a "Tone & Strengthen" yoga class at 7.30am, which you are welcome to join and continue into but please book ahead, or just join for the breath work. A perfect way to start the day in a calm and positive way. Breathing practices and exercises when practiced regularly provide all sorts of health and wellbeing benefits, for example, stress relief, more energy, relaxation, more focus and make you more aware of the breath and breathing better throughout the day. As well as support conditions like asthma, anxiety and great flor supporting a good nights sleep. Zoom only

Cancellation Policy

Sorry there are no refunds or transfers on classes for those who pay on a drop in basis. For monthly members, there are more flexible rules as a perk of membership (see the members T&C page) You are permitted to gift the space to another person and inform Sole 2 Soul Yoga in advance If you are booked but cannot make it:- ** Cancel the booking as soon as possible using the 'my booking' section of the website or app ** Contact Lisa and she will send you the zoom link to join from home if this is possible (if you were booked in person) ** Alternatively she will send you the class recording afterwards (where applicable). Contact Lisa to advise so she can try to fill the space  Failure to turn up or cancel sessions will be followed up. All details of your bookings can be found in the confirmation and reminder emails and in the 'my bookings' section of the website and app where you can also find zoom codes and cancel your session
