Yoga with Jake (in person)

Session Description

This is a initially a one off class in the studio only with a view to it being a regular slot (with option for Zoom on future classes). Expect an all levels class with some movement, stretching and lovely relaxation using his beautiful Hand Pan (Jake is an ex drummer too!) Jake is new to teaching yoga (although he's been practising for over 20 years) so this FREE session is to help him gain experience and feedback and will be assisted by Lisa of Sole 2 soul yoga - so you get two teachers for the price of one! Book on or contact us if you can't make this date, but are interested in future classes

Cancellation Policy

Sorry there are no refunds or transfers on classes for those who pay on a drop in basis. For monthly members, there are more flexible rules as a perk of membership (see the members T&C page) You are permitted to gift the space to another person and inform Sole 2 Soul Yoga in advance If you are booked but cannot make it:- ** Cancel the booking as soon as possible using the 'my booking' section of the website or app ** Contact Lisa and she will send you the zoom link to join from home if this is possible (if you were booked in person) ** Alternatively she will send you the class recording afterwards (where applicable). Contact Lisa to advise so she can try to fill the space  Failure to turn up or cancel sessions will be followed up. All details of your bookings can be found in the confirmation and reminder emails and in the 'my bookings' section of the website and app where you can also find zoom codes and cancel your session
