Join Fran for this all levels slow flow class which includes a general all over stretch, some slow sun salutations and a few warriors thrown in! Thinking about self love and looking at the positives rather than running ourselves down or comparing with others… sort of speaking to ourselves like we’re our own best friend :-)
Side and hip strength (60 mins)
Grab a blanket for kneeling if needed and a yoga brick An all over stretch for the body but with an extra focus on strengthening the outer hips and stretching the side body.
