Please read carefully the terms and conditions between you and Sole 2 Soul Yoga. These terms and conditions apply equally to all participants of different nationalities. Those who make their reservation must accept the following Terms and Conditions

Booking and payment. 

​

A non refundable payment £175 per person is needed to secure your place on the retreat. Full payment of your yoga retreat is required 90 days before the retreat start date at the latest.

 

Any retreat payment made is refundable in full up to 90 days before the start date of yoga retreat (minus the non refundable deposit). After that date the payment can only be refunded (less the deposit) at the discretion of Sole 2 Soul yoga or if the space can be filled by the participant or Sole 2 Soul Yoga.

The reservation will not be made until you have completed the terms and conditions questions and paid the non refundable deposit on the booking site. 

​

Sole 2 Soul Yoga reserves the right to grant discretionary discounts to participants and this does not affect the contract and payment of other attendees.

Accommodation: 

​

All rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Almost all rooms are double or twin beds and all have en-suite facilities. If you would like twin occupancy and do not have a roommate, we will make efforts to pair you with another suitable yogi.

 

Please note that if there is not another student to pair you with or you wish to have a single room, contact Sole 2 Soul Yoga as there are very limited single room spaces and there will be extra costs. No yoga equipment is provided. You will need to bring a mat, block and strap and any other equipment you require.

Attendees undertake to keep the property tidy and in good condition and not use the property for illegal or improper purposes. 

​

 

Your Travel Arrangements: 

​

All transport costs from home to our yoga retreat venue are not included in the price. Sole 2 Soul Yoga is not responsible for any consequence caused by cancellations or delays of any travel company you hire, or any irregularity in the documentation required for the trip. 

​

 

Insurance & Health​

​

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU HAVE FULL TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER MEDICAL EXPENSES AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS. 

​

It is your responsibility to have travel insurance that covers any activity proposed in the yoga retreat that you book as well as potential losses, cancellations, illness or damage and risks. Sole 2 Soul Yoga recommends that you that you should bring the insurance policy in case of any emergency. 

 

Your Health 

• (A)  It is your responsibility, if you have any relevant health issues to consult a doctor with knowledge of yoga to verify that you are in good health for yoga and other physical activities that Sole 2 Soul Yoga books under your request.

• (B)  We request that you inform us if you have any health problems or are pregnant before booking your place on our yoga retreat. If you do not inform us about your health problems, Sole 2 Soul Yoga holds the right to cancel your reservation without refund. If you have health problems that may be affected by the activities of yoga retreat, Sole 2 Soul Yoga reserves the right to advise not to participate in it, and you could be denied participation if we believe there may be a risk for your physical or psychological health.

• (C) If you feel any discomfort, pain or injury during any of the activities of the yoga retreat, the activity must stop as soon as possible and you must talk to Sole 2 Soul Yoga.

Passports, visas and health requirements. 

​

It is the responsibility of all attendees to check they have valid passport or travel documents and whether the application for a tourist visa is required.  Sole 2 Soul Yoga is not responsible if you or another passenger is traveling without proper health documentation and the correct passport or visa. In this case you should pay the costs of assistance to solve these problems. In addition you must make full payment of your yoga retreat, without receiving any refund or compensation from Sole 2 Soul Yoga

Cancellation by you: 

​

You can cancel your reservation at any time in writing. The cancellation will take effect at the time Sole 2 Soul Yoga will send an email confirming the cancellation of the reservation. Cancellation charges are the deposit of £175 up to 90 days before. If you cancel less than 90 days before the yoga retreat starts, you will be liable to pay the costs of the retreat up to the full amount at the discretion of Sole 2 Soul Yoga depending on how close to the retreat date cancellation falls. However, you may be able to transfer your place to another person who will need to take responsibility for payment, or we will transfer the place to someone if there is a waiting list.

Returns and refunds are usually performed within 14 working days after you receive our message of confirmation of the cancellation. Once the yoga retreat has begun, there is no scope for partial repayment. If you have to leave earlier for some reason, Sole 2 Soul Yoga can not repay any compensation. In terms of cancelling the retreat once it has started, you will need to check your travel insurance.

Cancellation by Sole 2 Soul Yoga: 

​

Sole 2 Soul Yoga reserves the right to cancel the retreat at any point by returning any payments that have been made. We reserve the right to cancel the yoga retreats in all circumstances, in which case we will re- fund 100% of the money received by each user in a maximum of 14 working days. 

 

Our liability to you: 

​

Sole 2 Soul Yoga does not accept any liability for cancellations, threat of war, or delays/changes caused by war, terrorist actions or threats, in- dustrial action, civil strife, closure of airports, technical problems to transport, natural disaster, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in your circumstances other events beyond our control. 

​

Sole 2 Soul Yoga is not responsible for any physical or psychological injury that you may have. You are responsible for the possible risks that you may have during a yoga lesson. We are not responsible for any medical or psychological condition that you can develop during the yoga retreat. We are not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings. 

 

Complaints:

If you have any problem about your yoga retreat, please inform Sole 2 Soul Yoga as soon as possible and they will help you to correct the situation. Please understand that Sole 2 Soul Yoga is not responsible for the behaviour of individual members of the group or other users that share the room with you.

The Contract

 

This contract is made on the terms of these Booking Conditions, which are governed by English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
