Focus is Kriya Yoga (yoga of action ) but means the last 3 niyamas of the yoga sutras - - Tapas - fire, determination, taking steps - Svadyaya - self study - Ishvara Pranidhara - surrender to higher self/consiousness
WIND DOWN Yoga 60mins Super Slow & mini Nidra
A slow practice combining breath, gentle flowing movement and restorative poses to reset body and mind. We will stretch and open up the body to release tension and stress from the body, to wind down from the day. Ending with a relaxing savasana to calm the mind and prepare for sleep.
